Cochrane Scholarship APPLICATION DEADLINE November 30 2024!
The journal Otology & Neurotology is seeking applications for 2 Cochrane scholarships. Funds ($4000 per scholarship) will be provided to attend one or more Cochrane course. Following completion of the course(s), the scholar will be expected to submit a high-quality systematic review or meta-analysis (topic of the scholar’s choice) for publication in O&N. After publication of the review, scholars will then be invited to join the Editorial Board of O&N to assist with editorial review of similar types of manuscripts submitted for publication.
The application consists of a typed, single page (no smaller than 12-point font) description of previous experience with systematic reviews/evidence-based medicine and how this scholarship would contribute to the career goals of the applicant. The ideal candidate is a junior faculty member, though mid-career faculty and fellows will also be considered.
