Annual Meeting
The annual Spring Meeting is recognized as one of the most important otological educational forums world-wide with a significant international attendance. At the meeting, attendees participate in scientific sessions including panels, expert presentations, keynote speakers, didactic talks, poster presentations and interactions with industry and social events that stimulate new ideas, collaboration and collegiality that advance AOS’ mission.

AOS Scientific Program
The American Otological Society 160th Annual Meeting will begin on Friday, April 9, with Poster Presentations on display through Saturday, April 10.
The AOS Scientific Sessions (Podium Presentations) will be held from 1:00–5:00 PM on Saturday, April 10, and 7:00 AM–12:00 PM on Sunday, April 11.
AOS Annual President’s Banquet
Save the Date! The 160th Annual AOS President’s Banquet & Gala, hosted by AOS President Dr. Nikolas Blevins, will be held Saturday evening, April 10, at the Sheraton Grand Seattle. Tickets will go on sale in January. (Members and invited guests only.)
COSM Registration & Housing
COSM registration is expected to open in mid-December 2026. Visit the COSM website for additional information on registration and housing as it becomes available.
Housing at the Sheraton Grand Seattle is expected to open in November. BOOK EARLY! COSM will offer only one official hotel for the 2027 meeting.

The American Otological Society is accepting abstracts for consideration for ORAL or POSTER presentation at the 160th Annual Meeting of the American Otological Society, held during COSM 2027 in Seattle, Washington, April 9–11, 2027.
